Welcome!

I am a PhD student in the Joint Economics and Real Estate Program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. My research focuses on the relationship between disability and labor supply, and on how public policy and urban development can help disabled workers find good occupational matches. I grew up in a small town in the middle of the Chequamegon National Forest. After moving to Los Angeles, I graduated from Occidental College in 2023 with my B.A. in Economics and Politics, where I developed a deep love for cities and a curiosity about how they function. I then worked as a Predoctoral Research Fellow on the Reimagining the Economy project at Harvard Kennedy School, which furthered my interest in effective place-based policy. I feel very fortunate to now study these questions!
