Welcome!

I am a PhD student in the Joint Economics and Real Estate Program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Previously, I worked on projects related to place-based policy for the Reimagining the Economy project at Harvard Kennedy School. While completing my undergraduate degree, I researched trade, transportation, and employment at Occidental College.

I graduated from Occidental College in 2023 with a B.A. in Economics and Politics, where I developed a deep love for cities and a curiosity about how they function. I feel very fortunate to now study these questions!

My research interests include regional economic development (including, of course, urban economics), public finance, labor economics, and disability. You can find my CV here.
